摘要
目的 对2018-2022年上海市某区精神障碍患者管理情况进行分析,以期为相关部门制定决策及完善精神卫生服务体系提供参考.方法 运用横断面研究的方法,提取上海市某区2018年1月1日-2022年12月31日录入上海市精神卫生信息系统的相关数据,计算2018-2022年精神障碍患者的报告患病率、管理率、规范管理率、服药率、规律服药率、病情稳定率以及社会参与率等指标,并运用SPSS对相关数据进行分析.结果 截至2022年底,上海市该区登记在册的精神障碍患者共13 540例,报告患病率为5.096‰,规范管理率为98.52％,规律服药率为63.29％;2018-2022年,报告患病率(F=33.883,P＜0.01)、服药率(F=11 383.087,P＜0.01)、规律服药率(F=205.675,P＜0.01)、病情稳定率(F=44.448,P＜0.01)以及社会参与率(F=20.278,P=0.02)均有随年度增加而增高的线性趋势.结论 2018-2022年,上海市该区精神障碍患者的管理率、治疗率和规律服药率等均逐年升高,该区在降低报告患病率的同时,应加强对患者的管理,提高规律服药率以减少患者病情复发的可能.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the management of patients with mental disorders in a district of Shanghai from 2018 to 2022,so as to provide reference for relevant departments to make decisions and improve the mental health service system.Methods Using the method of cross-sectional study,the relevant data of mental health information system in a district of Shanghai from January 1,2018 to December 31,2022 were extracted,and the reported prevalence,management rate,standardized management rate,medication rate,regular medication rate,disease stability rate and social participation rate of patients with mental disorders from 2018 to 2022 were calculated.SPSS was used to analyze the relevant data.Results As of the end of 2022,there were a total of 13 540 registered patients with mental disorders in this district of Shanghai,with a reported prevalence rate of 5.096％o,a standardized management rate of 98.52％,and a regular medication rate of 63.29％.From 2018 to 2022,the reported prevalence rate(F=33.883,P＜0.01)administration rate(F=11 383.087,P＜0.01),regular medication rate(F=205.675,P＜0.01),stability rate of the condition(F=44.448,P＜0.01)and social participation rate(F=20.278,P=0.02)showed a linear trend of increasing with each year.Conclusion From 2018 to 2022,the management rate,treatment rate and regular medication rate of patients with mental disorders in this district of Shanghai increased year by year.While reducing the reported prevalence rate,the district should strengthen the management of patients and improve the regular medication rate to reduce the possibility of recurrence of patients.
