Effect of Free Position for Labor in Active Period Combined with Mindfulness Meditation and Relaxation Pain Relief Method on Labor Process,Pain Degree and Sense of Labor Control in Primiparas with Natural Childbirth
Objective To study the effect of free position labor in active period combined with mindfulness meditation and relaxation pain relief method on labor process, pain degree and sense of labor control in primiparas with natural childbirth. Methods A total of 200 primiparas who gave birth naturally in our hospital from June to November 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 primiparas in each group. The control group was given conventional delivery method, and the observation group was given active free position for labor combined with mindfulness meditation and relaxation pain reduction method on the basis of the control group. The duration of different stages of labor, pain grading, delivery control score, neonatal Apgar score, postpartum 2 h bleeding volume, delivery stress response indicators, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared. Results The first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of pain grade 0 and grade Ⅰ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of childbirth control and neonatal Apgar in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the amount of bleeding at 2 hours after delivery was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of adrenaline(E),norepinephrine(NE)and aldosterone(ALD)in serum of the two groups increased, but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 3.00%,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of free position for labor in active period combined with mindfulness meditation and relaxation pain relief can promote the progress of labor in primiparas with natural childbirth, shorten the time of the first and second stages of labor, reduce the degree of pain, improve the sense of labor control, reduce postpartum hemorrhage, improve the Apgar score of newborns, and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
