摘要
近年来,中国心血管疾病(CVD)患病率呈现持续上升状态,衰弱综合征是一种老年综合征,其特征表现为与年龄相关的各种系统储备功能的下降和应激恢复能力的减退.衰弱是心血管疾病患者不良临床事件及结局的重要预测因子,本文就衰弱的定义、衰弱与心血管疾病的关系、衰弱合并心血管疾病的评估工具以及相关干预措施进行综述,以加强心血管临床医师的认知,为CVD患者衰弱的早期识别、管理及干预提供理论支持.
Abstract
In recent years,the prevalence of cardiovascular disease(CVD)in China has continued to rise.Frailty syndrome is an elderly syndrome that characterized by the decline of various age-related systemic reserve functions and the decline of stress recovery ability.Frailty is an important predictor of adverse clinical events and outcomes in patients with cardiovascular disease.This article reviews the definition of frailty,the relationship between frailty and cardiovascular disease,the assessment tools for frailty combined with cardiovascular disease,and related intervention measures,in order to strengthen the cognition of cardiovascular clinicians and provide theoretical support for early identification,management and intervention of frailty in CVD patients.
