摘要
脑卒中是世界范围内高度重视的公共卫生问题,卒中后伴有的功能障碍较难根除,需要大量的经济及医疗卫生资源支持,会加重社会负担.本文综合国内外文献,就脑卒中流行情况、社区居民对脑卒中患病认知情况进行综述,并利用三个模块提出了对居民开展社区科普健康教育、危险因素筛查提示及用药依从性管理等可控、可防具有实效性的建议,旨在为国家政策的制定提供科学依据,以减轻脑卒中对社会造成的负担,造福民众.
Abstract
Stroke is a public health problem that is highly valued worldwide.It is difficult to eradicate the dysfunction associated with stroke.It requires a lot of economic and medical and health resources to support,which will increase the social burden.Based on the literature at home and abroad,this paper reviews the prevalence of stroke and the cognition of stroke among community residents.Three modules are used to put forward some controllable,preventable and effective suggestions for residents to carry out community popular science health education,risk factor screening tips and medication compliance management,aiming to provide scientific basis for the formulation of national policies,so as to reduce the burden of stroke on society and benefit the people.
