The Expression and Significance of DYNC1H1 in Liver Cancer Based on Molecular Bioinformatics
Objective To evaluate the mechanism of DYNC1H1 in liver cancer.Methods A wealth of clinical data were collected,and the TCGA project and GEO database were used to analyze DYNC1H1,such as the expression difference,the correlation between expression level and survival,gene changes,immune endofilter and related cell pathways,so as to investigate the function and potential mechanism of DYNC1H1 in the pathogenesis or clinical prognosis of liver cancer.Results DYNC1H1 was highly expressed in liver cancer,and liver cancer patients with high levels of DYNC1H1 had poor clinical prognosis.Increased expression of DYNC1H1 in immune cells was associated with poor prognosis and increased level of immune filtration,and DYNC1H1 was related to tumor growth and metastasis and invasion of cancer cells.Conclusion DYNC1H1 can be used as a prognostic biomarker for liver cancer and can be used as an anti-liver cancer strategy for DYNC1H1.
