上海三级儿童医院儿科医师岗位胜任力模型实证研究

目的 将胜任力模型研究拓展到上海儿童专科医院儿科医师领域,分析提炼出上海市三级儿科医师的胜任力特征要素,实现卓越儿科医师人才培养路径的可借鉴模式。方法 采用胜任力调查问卷对上海市278名三级儿童医院儿科医师进行问卷调查,拟构建儿科医师胜任力模型。结果 运用儿科医师鉴别胜任力要素模型的探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,构建了由10个鉴别胜任特征项目,以构成临床业务能力、卓越持续能力和关系管理能力三大维度的儿科医师鉴别胜任力结构模型。结论 本研究提取的卓越儿科医师胜任力特征要素具有一定代表性,对上海市"优秀儿科医生"的培养具有理论意义和现实意义。
An Empirical Study on the Competency Model of Pediatricians in Shanghai Tertiary Children's Hospital
Objective To extend the competency model research to the field of pediatricians in Shanghai Children's Hospital,and to analyze and extract competency characteristics of third-level pediatricians in Shanghai,so as to realize a reference model for the cultivation path of excellent pediatricians.Methods A total of 278 pediatricians from third-level children's hospitals in Shanghai were surveyed by competency questionnaire to construct a competency model for pediatricians.Results Using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the structure model of pediatricians'identifying competency was constructed,which consisted of 10 identifying competency items comprising three dimensions:clinical competence,outstanding sustainability ability and relationship management ability.Conclusion The competency characteristics of excellent pediatricians extracted in this study are representative to some extent,which has theoretical and practical significance for the cultivation of"excellent pediatricians"in Shanghai.
