Expression and Clinical Significance of I-Bil,DD,cTn Ⅰ and Crea in Patients with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum indirect bilirubin(I-Bil),cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTn Ⅰ),creatinine(Crea)and plasma D-dimer(DD)levels in patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura(TTP).Methods A total of 35 patients with TTP admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group, and 35 healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum I-Bil,cTn Ⅰ,Crea and plasma DD were compared between the two groups, and the relationship between the above indexes and platelet count in patients with TTP was analyzed. Results The levels of serum I-Bil,cTn Ⅰ,Crea and plasma DD in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment and remission, the levels of I-Bil,cTn Ⅰ,Crea and plasma DD in the experimental group were gradually decreased, which were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that I-Bil,cTn Ⅰ,Crea and plasma DD were negatively correlated with platelet count(r=-0.706,-0.664,-0.619,-0.531).The levels of I-Bil,cTn Ⅰ,Crea and plasma DD in patients with non-remission in the experimental group showed a continuous upward trend. Conclusion The levels of serum I-Bil,cTn Ⅰ,Crea and plasma DD in patients with TTP are closely related to the changes of the disease. The monitoring of the above indicators is helpful for the judgment and prognosis evaluation of patients with TTP.
