Clinical Effect of Fluoxetine Combined with Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Depression and its Effect on Sleep Quality
Objective To study the clinical effect of fluoxetine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of depression and its effect on sleep quality.Methods A total of 98 patients with depression admitted to Tianjin Jianhua Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fluoxetine,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,depressive symptoms[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)],Automatic Thought Questionnaire(ATQ),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of HAMD and BDI in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of HAMD and BDI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the ATQ scores(frequency and confidence)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the ATQ scores(frequency and confidence)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The PSQI score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the CD-RISC score was higher than that before treatment,while the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the CD-RISC score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with aripiprazole can play an exact role in the treatment of depression,and its clinical efficacy is outstanding.Meanwhile,it can reduce the depressive symptoms of patients,eliminate negative thinking,and improve their sleep quality and psychological elasticity.
