Clinical Effect of Budesonide and Salbutamol Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Ambroxol Injection in the Treatment of Bronchial Pneumonia in Children and its Effect on WBC and CRP
Objective To study the clinical effect of budesonide and salbutamol aerosol inhalation combined with ambroxol injection in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children and its effect on WBC and CRP.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,70 bronchial pneumonia children who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital and randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).In the control group, patients was treated with budesonide+salbutamol atomization inhalation, and in the observation group, patients was treated with budesonide and salbutamol aerosol inhalation combined with ambroxol injection. The clinical effect, inflammatory index[white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)]level, clinical symptom disappearance time, pulmonary function index[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of treatment than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower the levels of WBC and CRP than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter the disappearance time of cough, fever, lung moist rale and lung shadow than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide and salbutamol aerosol inhalation combined with ambroxol injection in children with bronchopneumonia can improve the total clinical effective rate, inhibit the level of inflammatory factors, improve lung function, and have fewer adverse reactions.
