布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入联合氨溴索注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果及对WBC、CRP的影响

目的 研究小儿支气管肺炎应用布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入与氨溴索注射液联合治疗的效果及对患儿WBC、CRP的影响。方法 于2019年1月-2022年12月,选取我院诊治的70例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用布地奈德+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入、氨溴索注射液联合治疗,比较两组临床效果、炎性指标[白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速(PEF)]以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率较对照组升高(P<0。05);观察组WBC、CRP水平较对照组降低(P<0。05);观察组咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音、肺部阴影消失时间较对照组缩短(P<0。05);观察组FEV1、FVC、PEF水平较对照组升高(P<0。05);而两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 小儿支气管肺炎采用布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入联合氨溴索注射液可提高临床总有效率,具有抑制炎症因子水平、提升肺功能、不良反应少等优点。
Clinical Effect of Budesonide and Salbutamol Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Ambroxol Injection in the Treatment of Bronchial Pneumonia in Children and its Effect on WBC and CRP
Objective To study the clinical effect of budesonide and salbutamol aerosol inhalation combined with ambroxol injection in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children and its effect on WBC and CRP.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,70 bronchial pneumonia children who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital and randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).In the control group,patients was treated with budesonide+salbutamol atomization inhalation,and in the observation group,patients was treated with budesonide and salbutamol aerosol inhalation combined with ambroxol injection.The clinical effect,inflammatory index[white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)]level,clinical symptom disappearance time,pulmonary function index[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of treatment than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower the levels of WBC and CRP than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter the disappearance time of cough,fever,lung moist rale and lung shadow than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide and salbutamol aerosol inhalation combined with ambroxol injection in children with bronchopneumonia can improve the total clinical effective rate,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,improve lung function,and have fewer adverse reactions.
