Clinical Effect of Gastric Mucosal Protective Agent Combined with Hydrogen Pump Inhibitors in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Bleeding
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gastric mucosal protective agent combined with hydrogen pump inhibitors in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods From May 2019 to May 2022,60 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with hydrogen pump inhibitors,and the observation group was combined with gastric mucosal protective agent on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hemostasis time,ulcer healing time,abdominal pain disappearance time,clinical symptom scores(abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid reflux,belching),inflammatory factor levels[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time,ulcer healing time and abdominal pain disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid reflux and belching in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of gastric mucosal protective agent and Proton-pump inhibitor can increase the total effective rate,shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappearing,reduce the TCM syndrome and inflammatory factors in peptic ulcer with bleeding,and can reduce adverse reactions,is a safe and effective treatment,worthy of clinical application.
