Application of AIDS Management Platform Combined with Group Forum in Nursing Care of AIDS Patients
Objective To observe the application effect of AIDS management platform combined with group forum in the nursing of AIDS patients.Methods From February 2021 to February 2022,a total of 86 AIDS patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The random number table method were used for dividing groups,both control group and observation group were 43 patients.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given AIDS management platform combined with group forum nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The health knowledge level,psychological resilience score,coping style score and quality of life level were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores of disease cognition,taboo matters,treatment knowledge and nursing knowledge than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group had higher psychological resilience score,scores of self-cognition reorganization and seeking social support,and scores of escape fantasy lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of physiology,social family,emotion,functional status and additional attention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of AIDS management platform combined with group forum intervention can improve the health knowledge level of AIDS patients,improve the level of psychological resilience and the score of coping style.It can improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
