Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Prevention of Perioperative Infection in Cesarean Section Women
Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on prevention of perioperative infection in cesarean section.Methods From December 2019 to December 2021,a total of 62 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(31 parturients)and observation group(31 parturients).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The incidence of perioperative infection,complication rate,nursing satisfaction,pain score,anxiety and depression score were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the incidence of perioperative infection was 6.45%,which was lower than 16.13%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications was 9.68%,which was lower than 22.58% in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction was 96.77%,which was higher than 87.10% of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups had lower pain score than that before intervention,and the observation group had lower pain score than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups had lower anxiety and depression scores than those before intervention,and the observation group had lower anxiety and depression scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing plays an active role in preventing perioperative infection,reducing the incidence of infection,relieving maternal pain,improving bad mood,preventing postpartum complications and improving nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
