非编码RNA与缺血性脑卒中研究进展

脑卒中是由多种因素引起的一种急性脑循环障碍疾病,其中以缺血性脑卒中最常见.非编码RNA(ncRNAs)是一类不具有蛋白编码功能的RNA,在缺血性脑卒中的发生发展中具有重要的调控作用.近年来ncRNAs成为研究的热点,已有不少研究证实与缺血性脑卒中的病理生理的密切相关.本文主要从微小miRNA(miRNA)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、环状RNA(circRNA)及竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)调控网络研究进行综述,为缺血性脑卒中的防治提供新的思路.
Research Progress of Non-coding RNA and Ischemic Stroke
Stroke is an acute cerebral circulatory disorder caused by many factors,among which ischemic stroke is the most common.Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)are a class of RNAs that do not have protein-coding functions and play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.In recent years,ncRNAs have become a research hotspot,and many studies have confirmed that they are closely related to the pathophysiology of ischemic stroke.This article mainly reviews the research of micro miRNA(miRNA),long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),circular RNA(circRNA)and competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)regulatory network,and provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
