Research Progress of Non-coding RNA and Ischemic Stroke
Stroke is an acute cerebral circulatory disorder caused by many factors, among which ischemic stroke is the most common.Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)are a class of RNAs that do not have protein-coding functions and play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke. In recent years,ncRNAs have become a research hotspot, and many studies have confirmed that they are closely related to the pathophysiology of ischemic stroke. This article mainly reviews the research of micro miRNA(miRNA),long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),circular RNA(circRNA)and competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)regulatory network, and provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
