Bibliometric Analysis of Domestic Nurses' Work Engagement
Objective To analyze the research status of nurses'work engagement in China by using CiteSpace software,and to provide reference for the research of nurses'work engagement.Methods The articles related to nurses and work engagement were searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from the establishment of the database to September 23,2021,and the quantitative analysis was carried out from the aspects of the number of literatures,journal sources,high-frequency keywords,and keyword clustering.Results A total of 337 articles were included,and the number of articles was on the rise.Published in 97 domestic journals,Chinese Nursing Research had the largest number of articles,followed by Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing and Journal of Nursing Science.QIN Jiang-mei,TANG Jing-xia and HUANG Jin-mei were the three scholars with more academic output.West China Hospital of Sichuan University and School of Nursing of Peking University were the institutions with the most publications.The research direction mainly focuses on nurses'work engagement and work characteristics,work environment,professional identity,self-efficacy and so on.A total of 6 clusters were formed,namely #0 nurses,#1 influencing factors,#2 work resources,#3 cancer hospitals,#4 organizational commitment,and #5 psychological capital.Conclusion More and more attention has been paid to the work engagement of nurses by domestic scholars,but the breadth and depth of research in the field of work engagement of nurses need to be further improved.
