Objective To explore appropriate management strategies and improve management of birth medical certificate.Methods Analysis on medical birth certificates data from Beijing maternal and child network information system in Haidian District from 2012-2021.Results From 2012 to 2021,the number of live births in Haidian District showed a downward trend.The first issue rate of birth certificate was between 90％and 95％during 2012 to 2021.There was a significant difference in the replacement of birth medical certificate(P＜0.05),and also a significant difference in the re-issue in the past ten years(P＜0.05).From 2012 to 2021,the rate of birth medical certificate in Haidian District showed a downward trend.Conclusion It is necessary to continuously strengthen business and jurisdiction management,vigorously promote information construction,in order to serve the public better,the satisfaction and happiness of the public higher.
