As the country continues to promote universal participation in insurance and cross-province and cross-region medical insurance settlement in policy,most hospitals in and outside the region objectively have problems of long queues of patients outside the medical insurance settlement window,high pressure on the window,and shortage of human resources;subjectively,the masses want more ways and means of medical insurance settlement.Guided by the needs of self-help medical insurance settlement of the masses,this paper explores the new mode of medical insurance settlement in underdeveloped areas,optimizes the service process of smart hospitals,and realizes the construction and application of"one-stop"self-help medical insurance settlement system.
