DEK、Wnt-1、GSK-3β在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达和意义

目的 观察宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中DEK、Wnt-1、GSK-3β的表达变化,探讨DEK、Wnt-1、GSK-3β在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的临床病理意义。方法 选取2016年1月-2021年12月于潍坊市中医院确诊宫颈鳞状细胞癌的患者100例,并选取癌旁周围的鳞状上皮组织当作对照。采用免疫组织化学方法观察组织中DEK、Wnt-1、GSK-3β蛋白的表达,并探讨DEK、Wnt-1、GSK-3β与临床病理参数的关系,以及DEK与Wnt-1、GSK-3β的相关性。结果 与正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织比较,DEK、Wnt-1在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中高表达,GSK-3β低表达;DEK、Wnt-1高表达及GSK-3β低表达与肿瘤的低分化、淋巴结转移、高TNM分期有关(P<0。05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中DEK与 Wnt-1呈正相关(r=0。304,P=0。001),与GSK-3β呈负相关(r=-0。289,P=0。002)。结论 宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中DEK、Wnt-1表达升高,而GSK-3β表达降低,且DEK与 Wnt-1、GSK-3β密切相关,其表达异常参与了宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展。
Expression and Significance of DEK,Wnt-1,GSK-3β in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Objective To observe the expression changes of DEK,Wnt-1 and GSK-3β in cervical squamous cell carcinoma,and to explore the clinicopathological significance of DEK,Wnt-1 and GSK-3β in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2021 were selected,and the squamous epithelial tissue around the cancer was selected as the control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of DEK,Wnt-1 and GSK-3β protein in tissues,and the relationship between DEK,Wnt-1,GSK-3β and clinicopathological parameters was explored,the correlation between DEK and Wnt-1,GSK-3β were analyzed.Results Compared with normal cervical squamous epithelial tissues,DEK and Wnt1 were highly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues,and GSK-3β was lowly expressed.The high expression of DEK,Wnt-1 and the low expression of GSK-3β were related to the poor differentiation,lymph node metastasis and high TNM stage of the tumor(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that DEK was positively correlated with Wnt-1(r=0.304,P=0.001)and negatively correlated with GSK-3β(r=-0.289,P=0.002)in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of DEK and Wnt-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma is increased,while the expression of GSK-3β is decreased.DEK is closely related to Wnt-1 and GSK-3β,and its abnormal expression is involved in the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
