Application Value of Combined Detection of Serum Amylase,Lipase and C-reactive Protein in the Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To study the application value of combined detection of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 54 patients with acute pancreatitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 54 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein tests were performed in both groups.Serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein levels were compared between the control group and the observation group, and patients with acute pancreatitis of different conditions. The diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value)of different test indicators was analyzed. Results The levels of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein in patients with severe acute pancreatitis were higher than those in patients with mild acute pancreatitis(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of serum amylase+lipase+C-reactive protein detection were higher than those of single detection of each index, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of C-reactive protein detection were higher than those of serum amylase and lipase detection(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value between serum amylase detection and lipase detection(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined test of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, and the condition of acute pancreatitis is closely related to the levels of serum amylase, lipase and C-reactive protein, which is worthy of clinical attention.
