Effect of Nurse-led Nursing Intervention Based on WeChat Platform on Self-efficacy and Medication Compliance of AIDS Patients
Objective To observe the effect of nurse-led nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on self-efficacy and medication compliance of AIDS patients.Methods A total of 96 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nurse-led nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy,medication compliance,Berger HIV Stigma Scale(BHSS)score,Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-efficacy of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance rate of the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of individual discrimination,fear of publicity,negative self-image and public attitude in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and disease health knowledge in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-led nursing intervention based on WeChat platform for AIDS patients can improve their self-efficacy,medication compliance,reduce AIDS stigma,improve self-care ability and promote nursing satisfaction.
