Effect of Cluster Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Non-incision Pain After Cardiac Interventional Via Femoral Arteriovenous Approach
Objective To study the effect of cluster rehabilitation nursing intervention on non-incision pain after cardiac interventional via femoral arteriovenous approach. Methods A total of 54 patients who underwent cardiac interventional vis femoral arteriovenous approach in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 27 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given cluster rehabilitation nursing intervention. The incidence of non-incision pain at different time periods(6,12,24 h after operation),non-incision pain(VAS)score, incidence of adverse cardiac events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of non-incision pain at 6,12 and 24 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The non-incision pain score of the observation group at 6,12 and 24 h after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group(7.41%)was lower than that in the control group(25.93%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.30%)was higher than that of the control group(81.48%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster rehabilitation nursing intervention has a positive effect on non-incision pain after cardiac interventional via femoral arteriovenous approach, which can reduce the incidence of non-incision pain within 24 hours after operation, reduce the non-incision pain score within 24 hours after operation, reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is a feasible and effective nursing mode.
