Application of Digital Subtraction Angiography in the Diagnosis of Vertebrobasilar Dolichoectasia
Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia is a rare vascular variation disease.With the continuous innovation and improvement of imaging technology,its incidence is increasing year by year.At present,in addition to the commonly used CTA,MRA/MRI and other techniques for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases,digital subtraction angiography has gradually been widely used,and it has also been effective in the diagnosis of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia.There are relatively few research literatures based on vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia.This article mainly reviews the diagnosis of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia and the application of digital subtraction angiography in it,so as to provide some reference for future diagnosis and treatment.
