Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,high-quality and efficient medical quality management and control system is of great significance for improving the scientific management level of hospitals,and reducing adverse events of medical quality safety are an important way to continuously improve medical quality management.In order to improve the management connotation of medical adverse events,this paper summarizes the closed-loop management mode of medical adverse events in our hospital.By constructing and perfecting the organizational structure→optimizing the reporting process→carrying out personnel training→reporting and investigating→strengthening the feedback of the hospital→deepening the management system of department cooperation,the closed-loop management mode based on the combination of online and offline based on OA system is implemented in the reporting and investigation feedback link,which is conducive to creating a good hospital patient safety culture.
