Analysis of Radiation Scope and Patient Mobility in a Top Three Hospital from the Perspective of Performance Management
Taking a hospital in Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzed the quality of medical service,operational efficiency,sustainable development,satisfaction evaluation and other dimensions of the hospital.At the same time,data statistics were conducted on whether patients adopted the cross-regional medical mode,so as to determine the radiation scope and transformation direction of the hospital.Based on the workload data and patient information data from 2018 to 2021,the severity of the disease and the range of residence of the patients were counted,and the analysis showed that the total service volume,clinical service ability and technical level of the hospital had increased steadily,but there was still room for development in the development of specialized diseases and difficult surgery.The reform of the hospital began at the end of 2021.By the end of 2022,the hospital has started from the top-level design,optimized the allocation of resources in the hospital,improved the layout of disciplines,and preliminarily completed the pilot departments to further improve the level of clinical medicine,expand the radiation range of the hospital and service capacity.
