Effect of Hierarchical Responsibility Nursing on Labor Process,Maternal and Infant Prognosis and Obstetric Nursing Satisfaction
Objective To observe the effect of hierarchical responsibility nursing on labor process, maternal and infant prognosis and obstetric nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 72 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 pregnant women in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given hierarchical responsibility nursing on the basis of the control group. The different labor time, delivery mode, maternal and infant pregnancy outcome, neonatal Apgar score and obstetric nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The first and second stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),while There was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, lower extremity venous thrombosis, cervical laceration and perineal laceration in the observation group was 13.89%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of neonatal asphyxia, pneumonia, fetal distress and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The obstetric nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 80.56%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical responsibility nursing can promote the progress of labor, shorten the time of the first and second stages of labor, reduce the rate of cesarean section, increase the rate of vaginal delivery, reduce the incidence of postpartum complications, improve the outcome of maternal and infant pregnancy, and improve the satisfaction of obstetric care.It has important clinical application value.
