Effect of Continuous Nursing of Remote Network Multidisciplinary Cooperation Team on Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing of remote network multidisciplinary cooperative team on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,98 patients with CHF who were discharged from Tianjin Chest Hospital after treatment were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(49 patients)and observation group(49 patients)by random number table method. The control group was given routine continuous nursing, while the observation group was given continuous nursing by remote network multidisciplinary cooperation team. The self-care ability[the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)],medication compliance(Morisky Medication Adherence Scale),cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDs)],quality of life[Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)],rehospitalization and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the ESCA score and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and LVDd and LVDs were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MLHFQ score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The readmission rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing of remote network multidisciplinary cooperation team can improve the self-care ability and medication compliance of CHF patients, improve their cardiac function and quality of life, reduce readmission rate and improve patient satisfaction.
