Risk Factors and Nursing Countermeasures of Nosocomial Infection After Blepharoplasty
Objective To explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection after blepharoplasty and put forward nursing countermeasures. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent blepharoplasty in Jiamusi Central Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into infection group(15 patients)and non-infection group(45 patients)according to the incidence of postoperative nosocomial infection. The age, gender, operation method, operation time, preoperative antibiotic treatment, postoperative antibiotic use time, postoperative compliance rate were compared between the two groups, and the risk factors of nosocomial infection after eyelid plasty were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in surgical methods, operation time, preoperative antibiotic treatment, postoperative antibiotic use time, and postoperative compliance rate between the infection group and the non-infection group(P<0.05).Logistic linear regression analysis showed that operation mode, postoperative antibiotic use time and postoperative compliance rate were independent risk factors for nosocomial infection after eyelid plasty(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of nosocomial infection after blepharoplasty include surgical methods, postoperative antibiotic use time and postoperative compliance rate.It is necessary to strengthen the perioperative nursing to reduce the risk of postoperative infection.
