摘要

动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病,也是心血管疾病最常见的原因之一,已然是全球心血管疾病死亡主要因素之一.目前已知多种细胞与分子参与了 AS的形成与发展,但机制尚不明确.NF-κB作为一种炎性反应调控因子,其调节的生物过程十分广泛.近年来有研究表明,NF-κB信号通路在AS发生、发展的数个阶段(包括氧化应激反应、内皮细胞损伤、平滑肌增生迁移等众多病理生理过程)中起关键作用.基于此,本文就NF-κB信号通路及其抑制剂在AS发病机制中的调控作用与相关机制作一综述.

Abstract

Atherosclerosis(AS)is a common chronic inflammatory vascular disease that is one of the most common causes of cardiovascular disease and has been a major contributor to cardiovascular mortality worldwide.A variety of cells and molecules are known to be involved in the formation and development of AS,but the mechanisms are not yet clear.NF-κB,as an inflammatory response regulator,regulates a wide range of biological processes.Recent studies have shown that the NF-κB signaling pathway plays a key role in several stages of AS development,including the inflammatory response(including oxidative stress,endothelial cell injury,smooth muscle proliferation and migration,and many other pathophysiological processes).Based on this,this article reviews the regulatory role and related mechanisms of NF-κB signaling pathway and its inhibitors in the pathogenesis of AS.
