目的基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,分析癌症患者照顾者负担的研究现况、热点及发展趋势.方法通过文献资料法在 Web of Science 核心合集数据库中以"tumor""cancer""caregiver burden""caregiver stress"等主题词,以"2011-2022"为时间跨度进行检索,使用可视化分析软件CiteSpace对文献从发文量、关键词共现、聚类、突现、机构共现、作者共现进行分析.结果共纳入2975篇文献,癌症患者照顾者负担方面发文量总体呈上升趋势,美国的发文量居世界第1位,中国居世界第2位.发文机构中,哈佛大学发文量最多,为134篇;其次是加州大学,为122篇.作者领域形成了以Breiger David、Compas Bruce、Friedman Debra等为核心的小的作者群.研究热点主要集中在"疼痛管理""社会支持""癌症复发恐惧"等关键词.结论癌症患者照顾者负担的研究处于不断发展阶段,今后我国在该领域的研究中仍需持续关注国际研究热点和趋势,以提高在该领域的研究深度和广度.
Visualization Analysis of Research Hotspots of Caregiver Burden of Cancer Patients Based on CiteSpace
Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and development trends of caregiver burden of cancer patients based on Web of Science core collection database.Methods The keywords such as"tumor""cancer""caregiver burden"and"caregiver stress"were searched in the Web of Science core collection database by literature method,and 2011-2022 was used as the time span.The visual analysis software CiteSpace was used to analyze the literature from the number of publications,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,burst,institution co-occurrence,and author co-occurrence.Results A total of 2975 articles were included.The number of articles on the burden of caregivers of cancer patients showed an overall upward trend.The number of articles published in the United States ranked first in the world,and China ranked second in the world.Among the publishing institutions,Harvard University had the largest number of articles(134 articles),followed by the University of California(122 articles).The author field had formed a small group of authors with Breiger David,Compas Bruce,Friedman Debra and so on as the core.The research hotspots mainly focused on keywords such as"pain management""social support"and"fear of cancer recurrence".Conclusion The research on the caregivers burden of cancer patients is in the stage of continuous development.In the future,China's research in this field still needs to continue to pay attention to international research hotspots and trends to improve the depth and breadth of research in this field.
