医院考勤信息化应用与思考

在医疗机构中,对医务人员的每月考勤情况进行统计和上报,是人力资源管理部门的基本工作.医院的考勤信息化建设已经成为医院人力资源系统建设过程中的一个必要部分,传统的纸质上报考勤的模式,已经无法适应医院管理需要.桂林市中医医院从2019年开始实行考勤信息化管理.本文分析了我院针对医院在实施基于休假、外出流程的医务人员考勤信息化应用情况,使医院的考勤管理能够制度化,从而提高医院人力资源的管理水平.
Application and Thinking of Hospital Attendance Informatization
In medical institutions,it is the basic work of the human resource planning department to count and report the monthly attendance of medical staff.The information construction of hospital attendance has become a necessary part in the construction of hospital human resources system.The traditional paper attendance reporting mode has been unable to meet the needs of hospital management.Therefore,Guilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine began to implement attendance information management in 2019.This paper conducted a detailed analysis and research on the application of medical staff attendance information based on vacation and going out process in the hospital,so as to institutionalize the attendance management of the hospital and greatly improve the management level of human resources in the hospital.
