The Chinese government is working to build a medical fund assistance system to support poverty alleviation,and public hospitals play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical assistance to beneficiaries.However,due to past fraud incidents and lack of transparency,the credibility of charitable organizations and public hospitals has been damaged.This paper proposes a technical framework for the whole process monitoring of hospital fund usage combined with hospital information system,aiming to build an information sharing platform to support the effective monitoring of medical fund assistance.
