Analysis of Clinical Features of Breast Cancer in HIV Patients
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of breast cancer in HIV patients.Methods The clinical data of 21 HIV-positive patients with breast cancer admitted to Yunnan Provincial Infectious Disease Hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The general data,clinical characteristics and laboratory examination characteristics of the patients were analyzed.Results A total of 21 patients were included,all of whom were female.The clinical symptoms were mainly mass.Most of them were found to have breast cancer after HIV infection,and most of them were invasive ductal carcinoma.The stage of breast cancer was mostly stage Ⅱ,6 patients had metastasis,and 15 patients had more than 2 diseases.CEA,CA125,CA199 and CA153 in most patients were within the normal range.Conclusion The onset age of HIV positive breast cancer is younger,stage is later,the most common initial symptom is breast mass,pathological diagnosis is invasive ductal carcinoma,and most of them have other diseases.
