Study on Nursing Intervention of Infrared Local Irradiation on Wound Healing of Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the nursing effect of infrared local irradiation on wound healing of cesarean section. Methods A total of 50 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given infrared local irradiation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The wound healing index, fat liquefaction, pain score, quality of life level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The wound swelling regression time, healing time and wound drainage volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of fat liquefaction in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared local irradiation has a definite effect on the nursing intervention of wound healing in cesarean section, which can promote wound healing, shorten the time of wound healing and swelling regression, reduce wound drainage, the incidence of fat liquefaction and pain, improve maternal quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
