Sepsis is an inflammatory response caused by severe infection,which can lead to multiple organ damage,including acute kidney injury(AKI).This article mainly reviews the pathogenesis,risk factors,diagnosis and treatment of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(S-AKI),in order to provide guidance for better clinical diagnosis and treatment of sepsis and improve the prognosis of patients.
