Mechanism of Erxian Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Osteoporosis Based on Bioinformatics Analysis
Objective To explore the possible mechanism of Erxian decoction in the treatment of osteoporosis(OP)and knee osteoarthritis(KOA)by bioinformatics methods,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods Osteoporosis and knee osteoarthritis were used as keywords to screen disease targets in Disgenet,TTD and Genecards disease databases.The effective compounds of Erxian decoction were screened on the traditional Chinese medicine database platform,and the target of Erxian decoction was predicted by Netinfer platform.Venny2.1.0 was used for intersection to obtain the target of Erxian decoction in the treatment of OP combined with KOA.The PPI network of interaction between targets was made through the String database and imported into cytoscape 3.7.2.GO biological process enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed using R language,and visualization was performed.Results A total of 533 OP-related targets,302 KOA targets,and 104 predicted Erxian decoction targets were screened.The intersection of the three was taken to obtain a total of 14 targets for the treatment of OP combined with KOA by Erxian decoction.GO biological processes were enriched in inflammatory response regulation,collagen catabolic process,etc.KEGG enrichment in interleukin 17 signal channel,estrogen signal channel,etc.Conclusion The main mechanism of Erxian decoction in the treatment of OP combined with KOA may be to regulate inflammatory factors and regulate sex hormone levels,which provides a basis for further clinical application and mechanism research of Erxian decoction..
