毒蛇咬伤专病数据库的建设实践与思考

我院在实时对接医院系统数据的基础上,利用人工智能技术,通过数据标准化、结构化、归一化等数据治理,形成对医疗全量数据的汇集,构建毒蛇咬伤专病数据库.累计完成2012年以来的2427例患者的临床数据有效整合,可实现智能病例检索、数据填充、数据导出、统计分析和患者随访等功能,有效支撑医生的临床研究工作,为福建省毒蛇伤咬伤流行特征分析及防治策略研究提供平台,更好地指导各地市二级工作站的蛇伤救治,同时助力科研成果转化.建设毒蛇咬伤专病数据库,为提升医生的科研效率,实现诊疗流程的数据标准化,以及后续开展二级作站的多中心科研项目奠定基础.
Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Special Disease Database for Snakebite
On the basis of real-time docking of hospital system data,our hospital used artificial intelligence technology to form a collection of total medical data through data standardization,structuring,normalization and other data governance,and constructed a database of snakebite.The effective integration of clinical data of 2427 patients since 2012 has been completed,which can realize the functions of intelligent case retrieval,data filling,data export,statistical analysis and patient follow-up,and effectively support the clinical research work of doctors.It provides a platform for the analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of snakebite in Fujian Province and the study of prevention and control strategies,better guides the treatment of snakebite in the secondary workstations of various cities,and helps the transformation of scientific research results.The construction of a special disease database for snakebite lays the foundation for improving the scientific research efficiency of doctors,realizing the data standardization of the diagnosis and treatment process,and subsequent multi-center scientific research projects of secondary stations.
