This paper constructs a smart hospital model by studying the relevant policy orientation of smart hospitals,hospital information standardization,hospital information development and the maturity of the new generation of information technology applications.On the basis of the research on the model of smart hospital,the characteristics and shortcomings of the current relevant standards and norms in the industry are analyzed,and the evaluation index system of smart hospital is studied and established.The evaluation indicators of smart hospitals are set to three levels:first-level indicator,second-level indicator,and third-level indicator,including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 49 third-level indicators.The evaluation index scores,evaluation grades,and scoring methods are used to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the effectiveness of the construction of smart hospitals in medical institutions,find problems in the construction of smart hospitals,and promote the continuous improvement of the construction of smart hospitals.Guided by the evaluation results,the scientific and standardized construction of smart hospitals is guided and promoted from the aspects of infrastructure,safety management,information capabilities,innovation capabilities,and construction effectiveness.
