Research Hotspots and Trends of Immune Reconstitution Therapy for AIDS in China
Objective To study the research progress of immune reconstitution in the treatment of AIDS in China by using bibliometrics,and to analyze the frontier direction,in order to find new solutions for poor immune reconstitution.Methods The articles on immune reconstitution in the treatment of AIDS included in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases were used as data sources,and bibliometrics was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 542 articles were included,and the number of articles showed an overall upward trend.The keywords were mainly AIDS and immune reconstruction,while intestinal flora and traditional Chinese medicine had become a hot trend in recent years.LI Tai-sheng,WANG Jie,LU Hong-zhou,XU Li-ran and GUO Hui-jun were the top 5 outstanding authors,and the top 3 institutions were the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Henan University of Chinese Medicine and Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Conclusion As the main treatment of AIDS,immune reconstitution has entered a relatively mature stage,but poor immune reconstitution occurs from time to time in clinical practice.Reducing the occurrence of poor immune reconstitution can find new solutions from the direction of intestinal flora and traditional Chinese medicine,slow down the development of AIDS,improve the consequences of poor immune reconstitution,increase the life expectancy of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
