Visual Analysis of Nursing Research Hotspots in Patients with Cholelithiasis
Objective To analyze the related literature of nursing care of patients with cholelithiasis,and to explore the research status,hotspots and trends of nursing care.Methods The literatures related to nursing care of patients with cholelithiasis published in CNKI from January 2013 to January 2023 were retrieved.The scientific map was drawn by CiteSpace6.1 R6 software,and the number of publications,authors,institutions,keywords,etc.were visually analyzed.Results A total of 2943 articles were included.The number of articles published from 2013 to 2019 showed an increasing trend,and the number of articles published after 2019 decreased.The scholars LI Yan and LI Ying wrote more articles;the cooperation between institutions and authors was not relatively close;the research hotspots mainly focused on perioperative nursing,postoperative complications,high-quality nursing,evidence-based nursing and so on.Quality of life,postoperative rehabilitation,psychological state and pain nursing were the research frontiers in this field.Conclusion The related nursing of patients with cholelithiasis is more concentrated after operation,and there are few related studies on preoperative and non-surgical patients.Scholars should increase the depth of research in this field,and tertiary hospitals should strengthen cooperation and exchanges with each other in order to improve the quality of care for patients with cholelithiasis;further research is needed to alleviate postoperative pain,improve postoperative quality of life,and apply information technology to solve problems such as home care for patients.
