Effect of High-intensity Intermittent Exercise Nursing Training on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Obesity
Objective To observe the effect of high-intensity intermittent exercise nursing training on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity. Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was combined with high-intensity intermittent exercise nursing training on the basis of the control group. The body mass index(BMI),blood glucose index, blood lipid index and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The BMI of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,TG and TC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,HDL-C was higher than that before treatment, and TC and HDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-intensity intermittent exercise nursing training can promote the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity, effectively control blood glucose levels, reduce BMI,and improve the quality of life of patients. It is a feasible and effective nursing method, which is worthy of reference.
