Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Complications and Postoperative Pain in Patients with Tibial Fracture
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with rehabilitation training on complications and postoperative pain in patients with tibial fracture. Methods A total of 66 patients with tibial fracture who underwent surgical treatment in Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2023 were divided into control group(33 patients)and observation group(33 patients)according to random number table method. Both groups were given routine postoperative nursing. The control group was given rehabilitation training on the basis of routine postoperative nursing, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with rehabilitation training. The postoperative pain[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],negative emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],limb function[Lysholm knee score,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMAS)-lower limb function],complications, postoperative hospitalization time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups. Results At 6 h after operation, the VAS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those at 2 h after operation, and the VAS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month after operation, the Lysholm and FMAS-lower limb function scores of the two groups were higher than those at 3 days after operation, and the Lysholm and FMAS-lower limb function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the postoperative hospitalization time and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with rehabilitation training can effectively relieve postoperative pain and negative emotions in patients with tibial fractures, promote limb function rehabilitation, reduce the risk of complications, and shorten postoperative recovery time.
