Research Hotspots and Trends of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of HPV Infection Based on Literature Visualization
Objective To carry out literature visualization analysis on the theme of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of HPV infection,grasp the research status,hot spots and development trends in this field,find out the urgent problems to be solved and put forward specific suggestions.Methods Literature related to the treatment of HPV infection in CNKI database was screened.And visualization analysis software CiteSpace was used to analyze authors and keywords.Results A total of 1128 articles that met the requirements were included.The number of publications shows an overall upward trend,with 2006 and 2018 as the years when breakthrough growth began.The visual analysis of authors shows that WU Dong-mei and REN Qing-ling were the authors with the largest number of publications,while LIU Qian,XUE Xiao-ou and ZHU Lihong were the authors with the second largest number of publications.Keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that a total of 20 keywords with intermediate centrality greater than 0.1 were related to disease progression,among which 3 keywords were related to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,2 keywords were related to treatment methods,8 keywords were related to disease mechanism,1 keyword was related to sequelae evaluation,4 keywords were related to study type,and 2 keywords were related to study type.Keyword cluster analysis showed that the main clusters included #0 cervical cancer,#1 review,#2 leucorrhea,#3 moxibustion,#4 cervical cancer,#5 urinary retention,#6 efficacy,#7 chemotherapy,#8 data mining,#9 TCM syndrome type.Keyword burst analysis showed that the outbreak years of keywords related to TCM treatment of HPV infection were 2015-2023.Conclusion The research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of HPV infection are mainly the discussion of constitution theory of HPV infection,the application of clinical traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of sequelae after cervical cancer surgery.The follow-up development momentum will be related to strengthening team cooperation and improving research types and data.
