Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Symptomatic Nursing Intervention on Thrombolytic Nursing Effect for Patients with Acute Pulmonary Embolism
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing combined with symptomatic nursing intervention on thrombolytic nursing effect in patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods A total of 50 patients with acute pulmonary embolism diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were given thrombolytic therapy. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with symptomatic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom score, psychological state index score, nursing satisfaction, leg circumference and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of cough, asthma, chest tightness and sputum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The leg circumference of the two groups after intervention was smaller than that before intervention, and that of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with symptomatic nursing intervention can promote the thrombolytic nursing effect of patients with acute pulmonary embolism, improve their nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce clinical symptoms, and improve patients'bad mood.It has definite clinical nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application.
