Application of Nursing Risk Management in Interventional Therapy of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in interventional therapy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy in Jiamusi Central Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were divided into control group(25 patients)and observation group(25 patients)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The postoperative rehabilitation indexes(bleeding time,complete relaxation compression time,postoperative hospital stay),coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],surgical complications,major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE),nursing risk events,dispute complaints and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative bleeding time,complete relaxation compression time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of PT and APTT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events and dispute complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management has high application value in interventional therapy of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,which can accelerate the progress of rehabilitation,improve the postoperative coagulation index of patients,reduce the risk of complications.Meanwhile,it can reduce nursing risk events and dispute complaints,as well as the satisfaction feedback is good.
