Effect of Microwave Physiotherapy Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation Effect and Quality of Life in Patients with Breast Cancer
Objective To study the effect of microwave physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect and quality of life in patients with breast cancer(BC).Methods From February 2019 to February 2022,106 patients with breast cancer admitted to Tianjin Cancer Hospital Airport Hospital were included in this study.They were divided into control group(53 patients)and observation group(53 patients)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given microwave physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect(first time to get out of bed,swelling regression time of the affected side,hospitalization time),shoulder joint activity(flexion,abduction),complications and quality of life[breast cancer patients quality of life measurement scale(FACT-B)score]were compared between the two groups.Results The first time of getting out of bed,the time of swelling on the affected side and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The range of motion of shoulder joint in the observation group was greater than that in the control group after intervention(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of FACT-B physiology,emotion and additional attention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of FACT-B function and social/family were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Microwave physiotherapy combined with rehabilitation exercise nursing can enhance the rehabilitation effect of breast cancer patients,shorten their postoperative recovery time,improve shoulder joint mobility,reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life.
