Objective To analyze the hotspots and trends of the current research on the interaction of traditional Chinese medicine,understand the development trends and key directions of the research field,and provide guidance and reference for the research on the interaction of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The articles on the interaction of traditional Chinese medicine from January,2013 to June 2023 in CNKI were downloaded.After deduplication,screening and standardization,CiteSpace software was used to visualize the authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 202 Chinese articles were included.The number of articles published in 2013-2016 was relatively stable,slightly decreased in 2017,increased in 2019-2021 compared with 2018,and showed a downward trend in the past two years.DUAN Jin-ao,WU Mian-hua and LIU Xue-feng were the authors with a large number of articles.The cooperation between the authors was relatively close,forming a number of research teams.The publishing institutions showed that Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Academy of Military Medical Sciences had the highest number of publications.The main keywords were interaction,traditional Chinese medicine,intestinal flora,pharmacokinetics,rational drug use,cytochrome p450,etc.In recent years,the research hotspots were intestinal flora,traditional Chinese medicine injection,transporter,rational drug use,etc.Conclusion The research on predicting the interaction of traditional Chinese medicine in the future mainly focuses on the study of the mechanism of occurrence.Modern technologies such as molecular docking technology and network pharmacology technology are used as research methods to study the mechanisms of transporters and intestinal flora,clarify the mechanism of drug interaction,and ensure the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine.
