Objective To analyze the international research hotspots of anaphylactoid purpura in children by bibliometric analysis,so as to understand and be familiar with the future research direction in this field.Methods"IgA Vasculitis"was used as the subject word to search the related literature of anaphylactoid purpura in PubMed from January 1,1975 to now.The main subject words and sub-subject words of the literature were extracted by the bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB 2.0),and the word matrix of the main subject words and sub-subject words was generated by statistical analysis.The gCLUTO software was used to perform a two-way cluster analysis of the word matrix,and then a visual hill map and a visual tree map were generated.Results A total of 4505 articles related to anaphylactoid purpura were included in PubMed from January 1,1975 to March 19,2023.Since the 1980 s,the number of publications on anaphylactoid purpura research had been increasing,and the number of publications peaked in 2007.The results of cluster analysis showed that the international hotspots in this field mainly focused on the complications of anaphylactoid purpura nephritis and related drug treatment,chemical mediation of anaphylactoid purpura,immunology and genetics of anaphylactoid purpura,related reviews of anaphylactoid purpura and hematology of anaphylactoid purpura.The core hot spots of the research were the complications and drug treatment of hypersensitive purpura nephritis in 5 clusters,among which the most prominent core hot spots were the complications and drug treatment of hypersensitive purpura nephritis.Conclusion Since the 1980s,the number of published articles on anaphylactoid purpura has been increasing.The complications of hypersensitive purpura nephritis and related drug treatment,chemical mediation of anaphylactoid purpura,immunology and genetics of anaphylactoid purpura,related reviews of anaphylactoid purpura and hematology of anaphylactoid purpura are international research hotspots.The core research hotspots are the complications and drug treatment of hypersensitive purpura nephritis.
