Visualization Analysis on Fear of Progression Research Based on VOSviewer
Objective To analyze the research status of fear of progression in China in recent years,and to explore the research hotspots and frontiers,so as to provide reference for the nursing of patients with fear of progression in China.Methods Relevant literatures on the progression of fear of progression from the establishment of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)to July 2023 were retrieved and visualized by VOSviewer software.Results A total of 347 articles were included,and the number of articles was increasing year by year.There were 156 authors with ≥ 2 articles,and 5 institutions with ≥ 10 articles,among which the journal with the largest number of articles was Chinese General Practice Nursing.The central and eastern regions of China had the largest number of publications;the research hotspots were fear of progression,influencing factors,fear of disease recurrence,breast cancer,and quality of life.Conclusion The research on fear of progression in China has gradually increased,but there are few core articles.The overall quality of the literature needs to be improved.The assessment tools and intervention measures for fear of progression need to be further improved.Nursing clinicians need to pay more attention to patients'fear of progression.
