Study on Health Risk Investigation and Health Economics Evaluation of Occupational Population in Jingdezhen City
Objective To analyze the health risk and health economics of occupational population in Jingdezhen City.Methods The data of health risk investigation and health economic evaluation of occupational population in Jingdezhen City from January 2015 to December 2020 were collected.The rate,composition ratio and x2 test were used to descriptively analyze the detection of target diseases in occupational health examination,the distribution of occupational hazard factors in enterprises,the detection of occupational health abnormalities and the health economic evaluation results of occupational population health risk in Jingdezhen City.Results From 2015 to 2020,the detection rate of target diseases in occupational health examination in Jingdezhen showed a gradual downward trend;from 2015 to 2020,the enterprises with key occupational hazard factors in Jingdezhen City were mainly coal dust,silica dust,benzene,lead and noise,and the enterprises with hazard factors showed a decreasing trend after 2018.The number of workers exposed to key occupational hazard factors showed an increasing trend,and the number of workers receiving occupational health examination in that year showed a decreasing trend.There were statistically significant differences in the abnormal rates of blood pressure,blood routine,urine routine,liver function,chest X-ray and pure tone audiometry from 2015 to 2020(P＜0.05).According to the analysis of Markov disease development probability model,the health examination program of occupational population in Jingdezhen was very cost-effective in the local area.Conclusion The health status of occupational population in Jingdezhen City is basically good,and the incidence of occupational diseases is gradually decreasing.It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health examination,and find out the occupational contraindication personnel as soon as possible,so as to avoid them from engaging in related work.For suspected occupational disease personnel,occupational health monitoring should be strengthened to protect the health and safety of the occupational population.
