With the continuous development of information technology,major hospitals in China are constantly increasing the investment in hospital information construction.Information technology is convenient for hospital management and improves the patient's medical experience.At the same time,it is also accompanied by some problems.The repeated construction of information systems,huge invalid redundant data,and inconsistent data standards are restricting the development of hospitals.This paper mainly introduces the method of data governance to find problems,improve business processes and information systems,and then improve the hospital's operational data indicators.Through the rise of"national examination"rankings such as electronic medical record rating and public hospital performance appraisal,it has a positive effect on promoting the high-quality development of modern hospitals.
