Effect of Intestinal Probiotics Combined with Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre Granules on Inflammatory Indexes in Children with Hand-foot-mouth Disease
Objective To study the clinical effect of intestinal probiotics(IP)combined with Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granules in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods Sixty children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to Taihe County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(30 children)and observation group(30 children)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granules,and the observation group was treated with intestinal probiotics on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom regression time(fever regression time,gastrointestinal symptom regression time,rash disappearance time),blood routine[white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil ratio(NEU)]and inflammatory index levels[C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A(SAA)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The symptom regression time(heat regression time,gastrointestinal symptom regression time,rash disappearance time)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC and NEU in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of WBC and NEU in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,CRP and SAA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and CRP and SAA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Intestinal probiotics combined with Xiao'er Chiqiao Qingre granules can improve the therapeutic effect of hand-foot-mouth disease,accelerate the regression of symptoms,and have a positive effect on blood routine and inflammatory indicators in children.
